My road to becoming a health coach isn’t like most but that’s a good thing for you. See, I spent years learning about the brain and how it develops. I originally applied my Masters in Science to my work as a speech pathologist, specializing in children with ADHD and Autism.
Then I made a discovery.

I’ve refined my system for making lifestyle changes in order to reboot your body’s biology and create a true BOSS Body. The trendy term now is bio-hacking. I have been practicing it since long before it became cool. The best part is that you learn how to take control of your body in a way that you may never have before.
As a working mom, I understand the demands women face so my techniques are designed to yield quick results so you can be on your game at work and at home.
My proven experience working with health clinics, fitness centers, and schools proves the methods work for all ages and types. Ultimately, my goal is to help people feel their best and take control of their health by giving them the tools and insights into the current research to increase energy, slow the aging process, reverse inflammation and optimize the quality of life.
