This 90 DAY program emphasizes eating and lifestyle habits that will repair and enhance chemistry at the cellular/molecular level helping you cut out sugar and curb cravings once and for all.   

This plan includes:

  • A low carb, high healthy-fat eating program designed to get results
  • Food lists and guidelines
  • Daily accountability and macro checks with weekly recommendations for adjustments
  • Month 1 includes four health session in person or via phone for up to 60 minutes.  I will answer any of your questions at each session.
  • Months 2 & 3 include three health sessions along with daily accountability and macro adjustments.
  • Access to a small FB closed group where clients share recipes, products, ideas and support
  • Restaurant selection/ordering assistance given one week notice to help you stay on track even when you aren’t home.
